Thorpe Park has shut its Rumba Rapids water raft ride as a precaution following the death of a schoolgirl on a similar ride in Staffordshire.
Evha Jannath, an 11-year-old schoolgirl from Leicester, died following an incident on the Splash Canyon river rapids ride at Drayton Manor on Tuesday (May 9).
