A "persistent and manipulative paedophile" from Caterham has been jailed for 18 years for a series of horrific sexual offences against young children.
David Defontaine was jailed last Friday, June 23, after the he was found guilty of 16 counts of sexual abuse against six victims by a jury at Croydon Crown Court on May 5.
The first complaint against Defontaine, of Banstead Road, was made to police on April 19, 2015, after an 11-year-old girl told her mother he was abusing her.
