Upper Norwood Library is set to begin a new chapter in its 116-year history when it reopens to the public this weekend following a major refurbishment.
Extensive work has been carried out to the roof, floors and internal decoration of the building on Westow Hill transforming the library hub into a "bright, contemporary space" for visitors to learn, work and socialise.
