A signalling problem near Purley is causing delays for train passengers between Gatwick Airport and Croydon this morning.
Services running on the northbound line between Gatwick and Purley are subject to delay to the signalling fault as services are forced to run at a reduced speed.
Network Rail engineers are on site to fix the fault but delays are currently expected to continue until at least 10.30am.
